ABSTRAK
Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan kian pesat, sehingga mendorong manusia untuk
mempelajari ilmu pengetahuan lebih dalam lagi, khususnya pada bidang otomotif. Salah satu
ilmu pengetahuan di bidang otomotif adalah sistem pelumas pada kendaraan roda empat atau
mobil. Dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja kerusakan dan gangguan yang sering terjadi
pada sistem pelumas mesin daihatsu zebra 1.3 dan untuk mengetahui bagai mana perawatan
sistem pelumas pada mesin daihatsu zebra 1.3. Sistem pelumas berfungsi untuk mencegah
kontak langsung antara dua permukaan logam yang bergesekan. Metode yang di lakukan dalam
tugas akhir ini adalah dengan pengambilan data komponen sistem pelumas pada mesin
Daihatsu Zebra 1.3, dan kemudian di sesuaikan dengan spesifikasi yang ada pada buku manual
sehingga dapat di ketahui apakah komponen yang terdapat pada sistem pelumas tersebut masih
baik atau tidak. Dari hasil pemeriksaan komponen sistem pelumas didapati bahwa ada
komponen yang perlu diganti yaitu seal silinder head, setelah dilakukan penggantian maka
seluruh komponen sistem pelumas dalam keadaan baik dan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan
fungsinya. Setelah melakukan pengukuran di dapatkan hasil yang baik dan sesuai standar.

ABSTRACT
The development of science is increasingly rapid, thus encouraging humans to study
science more deeply, especially in the automotive field. One of the sciences in the automotive
field is the lubricant system in four-wheeled vehicles or cars. The study aims to find out what
the damages and disorders that often occur in the lubricant system of the Daihatsu Zebra 1.3
engine and to find out how the maintenance of the lubricating system on the Daihatsu Zebra
1.3 engine. The lubricating system serves to prevent direct contact between two rubbing metal
surfaces. The method carried out in this final project is to take data on the components of the
lubricating system on the Daihatsu Zebra 1.3 engine and then adjust it to the specifications in
the manual so that it can be known whether the components contained in the lubricating system
are still good or not. From the inspection of the lubricating system components, it was found
that some components needed to be replaced, namely the cylinder head seal. After replacement,
all lubricating system components were in good condition and could work according to their
functions. After taking measurements, you get good results according to standards.
