Program Studi Sarjana Keperawatan dan Pendidikan Profesi Ners Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan Juli, 2022 ABSTRAK Firda Annisa, Ratnawati Pengaruh Edukasi Personal Hygiene Area Genitalia Saat Menstruasi Terhadap Pengetahuan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Latar belakang: : Kesehatan reproduksi adalah suatu keadaan sehat menyangkut secara sistem, fungsi, dan proses pada reproduksi. Menjaga kebersihan organ genitalia merupakan salah satu kebiasaan yang baik dalam menjaga kesehatan. Menstruasi merupakan keluarnya darah melalui organ vital/genitalia yang sering terjadi pada wanita usia fertile. Personal hygiene area genitalia saat menstruasi sangat penting bagi kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Karena pentingnya hal tersebut, remaja harus mengetahui cara personal hygiene sehingga perlu dilakukan edukasi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi personal hygiene area genitalia saat menstruasi terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Sampel: Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel siswi SMP N 01 Sragi Kabupaten Pekalongan berjumlah 87 siswi. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Pre-Eksperimen dengan rancangan one group Pretest-Posttest design, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunkan Cluster random Sampling dengan menggunakan uji statistik alternatif wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan (p value=0,000) antara sebelum dilakukan edukasi kesehatan dan setelah edukasi kesehatan pada siswi SMP N 01 Sragi Kabupaten Pekalongan. Simpulan: Informasi dapat berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan seseorang. Diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat bekerja sama dengan instansi kesehatan untuk memberikan lebih banyak informasi kesehatan reproduksi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Maintaining the cleanliness of the genitalia organs is one of the good habits in maintaining health. Menstruation is the discharge of blood through vital organs/genitalia, which often occurs in women of fertile age. Personal hygiene of the genitalia area during menstruation is essential for the reproductive health of adolescents. Because of this importance, adolescents must know how to personal hygiene, so education needs to be carried out. Personal hygiene of the genitalia area during menstruation is essential for the reproductive health of adolescents. The study aims to find out the effect of personal hygiene education in the genitalia area during menstruation on adolescent reproductive health knowledge. This study used a sample of students of SMP N 01 Sragi, Pekalongan Regency, totaling 87 students. This study is a quantitative study using pre- Experimental with a one-group Pretest-Posttest design, with sampling using Cluster random Sampling using alternative statistical tests, Wilcoxon. The results of this study showed that there was a significant influence (p value = 0.000) between before health education and after health education in students of SMP N 01 Sragi, Pekalongan Regency. The average age of female students is 13 years old and the most grades are in grade 7. The average knowledge of respondents before education was 13.75 and after education was 16.56. Information can affect a person's knowledge. It is hoped that the school can work with health agencies to provide more reproductive health information to increase students' knowledge about reproductive health.
