FOOTBALL CLUB ASKAB PERSETAKU
Background: Football is a type of sport that is widely liked and played by all levels of
society in various parts of the world as well as in Indonesia, in Indonesia itself there is
a special federation that handles Indonesian football, namely PSSI (Persatuan Sepak
bola Seluruh Indonesia). The sport of soccer is played by 2 clubs totaling 11 core
players and several reserve players, soccer is played for 45 minutes x 2, one club is
declared to have won if it manages to score more goals against the opponent's goal than
the opposing club, soccer is very easy to play so that all circles from children,
adolescents, adults to parents play this sport so it is not wrong if in Indonesia soccer is
called a folk sport.
Research method: This study uses a qualitative research approach because this
qualitative approach is based on a paradigm of the components of a variable that is
studied in more depth. A qualitative approach is a research approach that seeks to
describe and understand a phenomenon in depth with the researcher as the main
instrument (Rukajat, 2018). The research conducted by researchers will reveal and
examine existing phenomena in accordance with the reality in the field and focus on
the management of the ASKAP PERSETAKU Division II soccer club's achievement
coaching.
Data analysis is carried out with descriptive qualitative. The results of the study can be
concluded: management of football club achievement coaching has a central role in
optimizing team performance and achievement.
