Application Of Dhikr therapy Procedures For Auditory Hallucination In The Abhimanyu Room RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta
Hallucinations are a symptom of mental disorders, where the client feels a stimulus that is not there. Clients experience changes in sensory perception : feeling false sensations in the form of sound, sight, taste, touch or smell. Hallucinations thar are not handled properly are not the right thing, because worsening hallucinations can pose a risk to the safety of the client himself, others and also the environment. One of the nursing actions that can be done to help hallucination clients reduce hallucination symptoms is to use the religious dhikr application. The purpose of applying this dhikr religious is to control hallucination and find out the effect of the application of religious dhikr on symptoms of hallucination clients at the mental hospital in Lampung Province in 2020. This scientific paper design uses a case study design. The subject used as 1 (one) client with hallucinations at the Mental Hospital in Lampung Province in 2020. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis. The results of the application show that after the application of dhikr religious therapy there is a decrease in the symptoms of the subject.
