ABSTRACT
This research was conducted on PT. Lion Superindo Pekalongan employees, due to a decline in PT. Lion Superindo's sales performance in 2022. This decline in sales performance is an important issue for the continuity of organizational activities. This is suspected of decreasing employee performance due to a lack of commitment and work discipline to the organization, many employees underestimate their duties and do not work optimally according to their respective duties, responsibilities and the lack of learning agility possessed by each employee. This study aimed to examine the impact of academic flexibility, organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Superindo Pekalongan Lion. The sample used is all employees, totaling 51 employees. Data collection was done by questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of this analysis, it is shown that (1) learning flexibility has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.002 < 0 > 0.05 (3) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. significantly affect employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 ≪ 0.05. (4) Academic flexibility, organizational commitment and work discipline significantly affect employee performance. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
