Abstract Infection is one of the causes of diseases that often occur in tropical climates. Kedondong (Spondian dulcis) is known for its medicinal properties, that is, almost every part of it has properties in the leaves, leaves, and bark . In this antibacterial study using disc diffusion method. The data obtained were analyzed using the one way ANOVA analysis method and continued with the Post Hoc Test. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of inhibitory power on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria between bark and kedondong fruit flesh (Spondias dulcis Soland ex Park). The results of fruit inhibition zones and kedondong bark (Spondias dulcis Soland ex Park) with concentrations of 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% of the following diameter obtained from fruit extracts were: 10.43 mm, 11.77 mm, 13.53 mm, 14.83 mm while in the bark 7.66 mm, 10.10 mm, 10.90 mm, 12.70 mm.
