The results of evaluation of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) that occur in patients with pediatrics include proper diagnosis (92%), exact indication (92%), exact medication (100%), exact dosage (40%), right route of administration (96%), exact time interval of administration (34%) and exact duration of administration (82%).
