The Backgrounds: Chronic kidney failure patients who are undergoing hemodialysis will experience physical and psychological changes. Patients with chronic kidney failure feel loss or grieve because hemodialysis activities disrupt their everyday lives: This situation can cause anxiety in patients with kidney failure. The Objectives: This study aims to portray the anxiety of chronic kidney failure patients who The Methods: A literature review was used by using the google scholar database, PUBMED, the garuda portal, and for a broad search on google scholar for articles in Bahasa Indonesia . A combination of several keywords was used, such as "anxiety" AND "chronic kidney failure" AND "hemodialysis". The Results: This study showed that some respondents with moderate to severe levels of anxiety were 152 respondents (46.76%). The Conclusions: The results of this study illustrate that anxiety can occur in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Therefore, it is necessary to develop particular nursing care to overcome anxiety among hemodialysis patients. Keywords: Anxiety, Chronic Kidney Failure, Hemodialysis
