EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISA DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RSUD KRATON KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN PERIODE JANUARI-DESEMBER 2018

Hypertension is a trigger for kidney disease because it can cause kidney damage. Antihypertensive drugs in hemodialysis patients are used to control blood, reduce cardiovascular risk and reduce the progression of kidney damage. The purpose of this study was to study the patterns of use of antihypertensive drugs regarding the accuary of doses, indications, drug and drug interaction in patients who study hemodialysis. Descriptive research methods, collecting data retrospectively, analyzed univariately and taking data with saturated samples or total samples. The inclusion criteria in this study were hemodialysis patients who received a single or combination antihypertensive drug at the Kraton Hospital Outpatient Installation Period January-December 2018 and exclusion criteria for incomplete medical record data. This study obtained 90 hypertensive patients whi agreed to hemodialysis in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the resulth of research evaluating the use of antihypertensive drugs in hemodialysis patients obtained 51,1% the righ dose, 96,7% right drug, 96,7% right patient and 100% right indication. Interaction results obtained by 87,8% interacting with pharmacodynamict by 88,9%, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic interactions by 11,1% and as many as 12,2% drugs interactions cannot. The use of drugs in this study is not exactly in accordance with the need to increase the use of antihypertensive drugs in patients who increase hemodialysis.
