PENERAPAN MADU UNTUK MENURUNKAN FREKUENSI BATUK PADA KELUARGA DENGAN ISPA DI DESA PAKIS PUTIH DAN DESA ROWOCACING WILAYAH PUSKESMAS KEDUNGWUNI 1 KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN Qurrota A’yun M.M (2019) Program Studi Diploma Tiga Keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan Herni Rejeki, M.Kep.,Ns.Sp.Kep.Kom dan Sigit Prasojo, SKM., M.Kep. ABSTRAK Infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA) adalah infeksi akut yang disebabkan oleh bakteri dan virus yang menyerang pada organ pernapasan saluran atas dan bawah, dengan gejala batuk, pilek, demam, sakit tenggorokan, dan napas cepat. Salah satunya yaitu batuk , pilek. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini adalah untuk menurunkan batuk menggunakan madu pada keluarga klien ISPA. Metode yang digunakan adalah asuhan keperawatan dengan menggunakan penerapan teknik nonfarmakologi pada 2 keluarga dengan klien ISPA. Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukkan klien I dan II terjadi penurunan frekuensi batuk. Rekomendasinya untuk memandirikan keluarga dengan klien ISPA dengan terapi madu. Kata kunci: Asuhan, keperawatan, keluarga, ISPA, Terapi Madu ABSTRAC Upper respiratory tract infection (ISPA) is an acute infection caused by bacteria and viruses that attack the upper and lower respiratory tract organs, with symptoms of cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat, and rapid breathing. One of them is cough, runny nose. The purpose of this case study is to reduce cough using honey in the family of ISPA client. The method used is nursing care using the application of non-pharnacology tecniques in 2 families with ISPA clients. The results of this study show client I and client II a decrease in the frequency of coughing. Its recommendations to empower families with ISPA clients with honey therapy.
