Studi Retrospektif : Gambaran Waktu Sembuh Pasien Tuberkulosis Di Puskesmas Medono Kota Pekalongan

Latar belakang: Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis yang menyerang paru-paru. Tuberkulosis menyebar melalui udara. Seseorang yang dinyatakan sudah positif TBC dari Tes Molekuler maka perlu adanya pengobatan dan mengonsumsi obat secara rutin. Ketepatan waktu pengobatan TBC sangat menentukan keberhasilan penyembuhan TBC, karna lama pengobatan di pengaruhi oleh hasil pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui studi retrospektif gambaran waktu sembuh pasien TBC di Puskesmas Medono Kota Pekalongan.
Sampel: Penelitian ini sampelnya adalah Electronic Medical Record pasien TBC di Puskesmas Medono Tahun 2018-2023.
Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif. Alat ukur menggunakan lembar observasi waktu sembuh pasien. Analisa data menggunakan Crosstab waktu sembuh pasien.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran waktu pasien TBC setelah dilakukan Crosstab adanya hasil sebelum Covid-19 tertinggi pada Tahun 2019 6,1%, saat Covid-19 tertinggi pada Tahun 2022 7,2%, dan data setelah Covid-19 pada Tahun 2023 yaitu 7,7%.
Simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka perlu dioptimalkan kepatuhan dan berobat serta meminum obat untuk proses kesembuhan pasien TBC dan dapat dipantau dengan menggunakan EMR (Electronic Medical Record). Diharapkan petugas kesehatan untuk memantau dan mengedukasi tentang waktu sembuh pasien dengan rutin waktu pengambilan obat dan rutin minum obat.

A Retrospective Study: Description of Tuberculosis Patients' Recovery Time at Medono Health Center, Pekalongan

Background: Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis which attacks the lungs. Tuberculosis spreads through the air. Someone who is positive for TB from the Molecular Test needs treatment and takes medication regularly. The timeliness of TB treatment greatly determines the success of TB recovery because the length of treatment is influenced by the results of treatment. The purpose of this study was to carry out a retrospective study on the recovery time of TB patients at Medono Health Center, Pekalongan.
Sample: This research sample was the Electronic Medical Record of TB patients at Medono Health Center in 2018-2023.
Method: This research was a descriptive study with a retrospective approach. The data collection instrument was an observation sheet of patient recovery time. Data analysis was done by Crosstab patient recovery time.
Results: The results of this study showed a time frame of TB patients after Crosstab was carried out. Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, the highest score in 2019 was 6.1%, during Covid-19, the highest were in 2022, 7.2%, and after Covid-19, to be excact 2023, was 7.7%.
Conclusion: Based on the research results, it is necessary to optimize compliance and treatment as well as taking medication for the healing process of TB patients and can be monitored using EMR (Electronic Medical Record). It is hoped that health workers will monitor and educate patients about recovery time by regularly taking medication.
