Pendahuluan: : Delay developmental pada anak usia 1–2 tahun dapat menghambat perkembangan Motorik kasar. Kombinasi Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) dan Baby Massage diduga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Motorik kasar melalui stimulasi Sensorimotor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) dan Baby Massage terhadap perkembangan Motorik kasar anak usia 1–2 tahun dengan Delay developmental di RS Prima Medika Pemalang.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre experimental dengan rancangan one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel berjumlah 16 anak usia 12–24 bulan dengan Delay developmental yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Perkembangan Motorik kasar diukur menggunakan Denver Developmental Screening Test (DDST) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kombinasi Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) dan Baby Massage diberikan 12 kali selama 4 minggu. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat sesuai hasil uji normalitas..
Hasil: Penelitian melibatkan 16 responden dengan distribusi usia relatif seimbang antara kelompok usia 12–17 bulan dan 18–24 bulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan perkembangan Motorik kasar setelah pemberian kombinasi Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) dan Baby Massage. Uji statistik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p < 0,05, sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna dari kombinasi intervensi terhadap peningkatan perkembangan Motorik kasar anak usia 1–2 tahun dengan Delay developmental di RS Prima Medika Pemalang.
Diskusi: Kombinasi Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) dan Baby Massage terbukti meningkatkan perkembangan Motorik kasar pada anak usia 1–2 tahun dengan Delay developmental, sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu pendekatan fisioterapi yang efektif..
