Chronic renal failure is a disorder that causes changes in the structure and functionof the kidneys. It is accompanied by a loss of regulatory, excretory, and endocrinfunctions in the kidneys. The study aims to determine the quality of sleep in chronirenal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis and decrease sleep pattern disorderin chronic renal failure patients by administering instrumental music therapy seventimes. The method was used was nursing care for two respondents with sleep patterndisorders problems. The instruments used for this case study are instrument musion YouTube and headsets. The results showed a decrease in sleep disorders in renafailure patients undergoing hemodialysis after being given instrumental musitherapy. This study uses a descriptive method. The conclusions showed thainstrumental music therapy could reduce sleep pattern disorders in chronic renafailure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Based on the results of the study that habeen carried out, it is recommended for nurses to apply instrumental music therapyto improve the sleep quality of chronic renal failure patients in the hemodialysiroom.
