HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL KADER COMMUNITY TB CARE 'AISYIYAH DENGAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) PADA PASIEN TB PARU DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Social support Community TB Care ‘Aisyiyah Cadre plays an important role in mobilizing the community, one of which is in providing TB counseling about clean and healthy living behavior to individuals, families and groups as prevention of TB disease transmission. The purpose of this study is to understand the correlation of social support Community TB Care 'Aisyiyah cadre with clean and healthy behavior of Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients in Pekalongan Regency. Descriptive correlation design was used in this study with cross-sectional approach, there’re 43 respondent participated in this study by using a total sampling. The instrument of data collecting with questionnaires. Statistical test using chi-square with p value 0,009 (˂0,05) and OR = 5,600 (1,484-21,127) that means is a significant correlation between social support Community TB Care ‘Aisyiyah cadre with clean and healthy behavior of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients. The health institutions are expected to collaboration in developing special peer group programs for TB patients by mentoring cadres who aim to carry out needs-based care.
