Pharmaceutical services are direct and responsible services to patients. Pharmacists play a role in carrying out pharmaceutical services. Good knowledge from patients on the services provided can show patients get services in accordance with their expectations. The purpose of this study was to study the level of knowledge of patients in pharmacy services in the pharmacy room of public health centers in the district health office in Pekalongan in 2019. This research method is descriptive. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling with a sampling method using cluster sampling. The results showed that most of the level of knowledge of patients in the inpatient health center in pekalongan district health service in 2019 had good knowledge with a percentage of 69%.
