Therefore, the knowledge and diet to prevent breast cancer is needed. This study aimed to determine the overview of ca mammae knowledge and patients’ dietary habits before the case of ca mammae at Kraton Hospital, Pekalongan Regency. This research used descriptive design. A total sampling technique was used to choose a total sample of 135 respondents. A knowledge questionnaire and an FFQ (Food Frequency Questionaire) were used to collect data. The results showed a picture of knowledge in Ca Mammae patients in Kraton Hospital, Pekalongan Regency: 77 respondents (57%) had good knowledge, and 58 respondents (43%) lacked knowledge. The description of dietary habits in Ca Mammae patients in Kraton Hospital in Pekalongan Regency: showed 83 respondents (61.5%) had good diatery habits and 52 respondents (38.5%) had poor dietary habits. The results of this study are expected to be used as information and references in developing knowledge, especially about the description of the management diet in patients with Ca Mammae.
